Offer includes: Hair base and hair installation. Terms and Conditions 1) Service available Monday - Sunday (excluding Friday and Saturday) 2) Adults Only (Kids not included) 3) Additional service will incur charge 4) All booked appointments are final and can't be cancelled 5) Clients are expected to arrive with their hair ready to be install, delay may incur extra charges 6) Clients are allowed to bring a friend or have two separate appointment, second appointment must be booked within 5 weeks of the first appointment 7) Second appointment date can't be changed 8) Appointments are book via our website only 9) Offer excludes: Vixen weave, Tracts, Weave with closure, Weave with frontal, weave with 360, LA weave, Weave fusion 10) We have the right to withdraw the offer with any given notice 11) Cancellation, only be email and not by phone messages, must be submitted within 24hour after booking the appointment. No refund only exchange of service

Cancellation Policy
Refunded cancellation, in order to obtain a full refund you must cancel your appointment within 24hrs from when the appointment has been booked not 24hrs prior to receiving your service. Cancellations and/or rescheduling are prohibited 72 hours prior to receiving your service. Cancellation via our website only. We currently don't accept cancellation requests via phone or text/WhatsApp. To cancel your appointment you must be a registered member with us.
