Cancellation Policy 

Refunded cancellation, in order to obtain a full refund you must cancel your appointment within 24hrs from when the appointment has been booked not 24hrs prior to receiving your service. 

Cancellation via our website only. We current don't accept cancellation request via phone or text/WhatsApp.

To cancel your appointment you must be a registered member with us. 

We do acknowledge that something we encounter situations beyond our control which may cause us to alter our plans, therefore in some given situation we may be able to reschedule a booked appointment however you must notify us 72hrs prior to your appointment and tell us why you wish to change. Failure to act appropriately will cause disappointment.

We do reserve the rights to refuse any business without a given explanation.
